Account, billing, and subscriptions

Nimbent subscriptions are managed through the app store where the purchase was made. Nimbent support can help with account access and entitlement troubleshooting, but billing changes are completed through Apple or Google.

Nimbent Pro

Pro unlocks the paid feature set shown in the app and on the pricing page. Plans may include monthly or annual options depending on platform availability.

Restore purchases

  1. Sign in to the same Nimbent account used with the subscription.
  2. Open the subscription or profile screen.
  3. Select Restore Purchases.
  4. If access does not update, confirm the device is signed into the Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.

Cancel or manage billing

Cancellation is handled by the app store. Deleting the Nimbent app or deleting your Nimbent account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

  • On iOS, manage subscriptions through Apple ID subscriptions.
  • On Android, manage subscriptions through Google Play subscriptions.
  • After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period or trial window shown by the store.

Delete account or data

You can request account deletion from the app or through the public deletion page. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, tax, billing, or dispute purposes.

When contacting support

Include your Nimbent account email, platform, device model, approximate purchase date, and any receipt/order ID available from Apple or Google. Do not send full payment card details.
