- Cancelled: The job did not proceed.
Linking Flights to Jobs
Connect your flight logs to specific jobs for complete project tracking:
- Open the job you want to link flights to
- Create or import the flight record.
- Select the relevant job when saving the flight record, where available.
- Review the job and flight history together for operational context.
Managing Clients
Store client information for easy access:
- Contact information (name, email, phone)
- Saved locations
- Job history
- Notes and preferences
Client And Follow-Up Notes
Use notes and attachments to preserve client and job context:
- Record requested outputs or client instructions.
- Attach supporting notes or files where the app workflow allows.
- Use job status and notes to track follow-up work.
💡 Pro Tip
For recurring work, keep consistent naming, tags, and notes so similar jobs are easier to find and review later.
