Maintenance Records
Use Nimbent to keep aircraft, battery, cycle, inspection, scheduled service, and service-note records organized for operational review.
Battery Cycle Tracking
Nimbent helps you track charge cycles for each battery you add:
- Cycles can be entered manually or populated from supported imports where available
- Each battery is tracked individually by serial number
- Health indicators help flag batteries approaching their configured cycle limit.
Setting Up Battery Tracking
- Open the equipment or fleet area of the app.
- Add each battery with available serial number, purchase date, and cycle limit details.
- Add cycle details manually or import supported records where available
- Review the health indicator and adjust records as battery information changes.

Exporting Account Records
Use the app's data export workflow when you need a copy of your core account records before deletion or review:
- Open Settings.
- Choose the account data export option.
- Review the exported files before relying on them for insurance, regulatory, or client purposes.
💡 Pro Tip
Keep cycle counts current by selecting the relevant battery when logging a flight or by updating the battery record manually.
